• All crankshafts are thoroughly cleaned and checked for proper straightness.

• Main, rod journals and thrust surfaces are precision reground on our
...CG 210 Van Norman and our DCM Tech SV230S grinders.

• Seal surfaces are inspected and sleeved as required.

• Oil holes are chamfered for maximum oil flow to the bearings.

• Crankshafts are then polished to proper micro finish insure optimal bearing longevity.

• Balancing
